Your body is with you, every moment of every day of your life - receiving information, responding to stimuli, riding a wave of emotions. If we practice listening to our bodies, what will we be able to hear? Voices from the past? The land under our feet? Each other? This February, in the dead of winter, we invite you to venture outside as we take you on a journey through your insides.
